This project is located at Las Vegas National Wildlife Refuge in San Miguel County, New Mexico. The structure shall be approximately 4,500 square feet. The building will have a reinforced structural concrete floor slab, masonry walls, structural steel joists, and metal roof. Interior spaces include reception area lobby, exhibit room, classroom, offices, restrooms and covered patio. Bid, performance, and payment bonds will be required.
