This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This is a fixed price construction contract for landscape and site improvements along Porter Avenue adjacent to Building 20 at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia located in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, Philadelphia, PA. The contract will have an option for a major portion of the work. The work includes removal of concrete curb and paving, bituminous concrete paving, landscape materials, and railroad track; removal and replacement of chain link fence; provision of concrete paving, topsoil, seed and landscape materials; and incidental related work. Estimated cost range for this project is $100,000 -- $250,000. The SIC Code is 1799 and the size standard is $7.0 million are applicable to this contract. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. The estimated Issue date is on or about 22 July, 1999.
