H-Appraisal Quality Assurance Services throughout the United States and Carribean. Duties include exterior and interior reviews of appraised properties and on-site reviews of appraisers. Contracts will be awarded for these services in 15 geographic areas covering the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. A minimum of 4 of the 15 areas are potentialy reserved for 8(a) and small business participation to provide maximum practical opportunities for small and small disadvantaged businesses. Contracts will be for a one year base period with two one-year options. The SIC Code is 8742 and the size standard is $5 million. RFP R-OPC-21480 will be available approximately 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. Pre-proposal conference will be held approximately 10 days and proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of RFP R-OPC-21480.
