Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the removal of asbestos at Fort McPherson, Ft Gillem and the Army Recreational Facility at Lake Allatoona, GA. Work may also include removal and disposal of asbestos containing material (ACM) to include all residue and dust. This is a requirements type contract with estimated quantities. Duration of this contract will include a base year with two one-year option periods. Performance begins by September 1, 1999. Magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
