The solicitation will be issued unrestricted; is subject to the Hub Zone Evaluation Preference contained in FAR 52.219-4; will provide for the sole source acquisition of parts/service and proprietary information from the Trane Company; and will include an experience clause requiring the contractor to submit documentation of HCFC conversions for five projects from 1996 to present valued at $75,000 or more. Estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000. SIC: 1711 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning).
