Work includes hazardous material abatement; seismic upgrade; site and building accessibility improvements; remodeling of galley, serving, and southeast dining room areas; creation of major north/south access corridor; new employee and public toilets; replacement of exterior window; renovation, modification, and additions to existing mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
