The National Emergency Training Center has a requirement to establish culturally sensitive emergency public awareness and disaster preparedness information dissemination channels for the African American community. Project will require conducting a pre-assessment prior to implementation of Emergency Preparedness Information and Awareness for African American and Minority Communities. Project will require assembling of information for dissemination to the African American community, vital emergency preparedness information from official government sources. Also, will require establishing an Emergency Preparedness Information and Awareness Internet Gateway, a culturally sensitive web site targeted at the African American community. The period of performance of the resulting purchase order will be from date of award through 10 weeks. A firm-fixed price purchase order is contimplated.
