SYNOPSIS: PROCUREMENT NOTICE Plans and Specifications for solicitation N68711-99-Q-3357 will be issued on or about 16 July 1999 over the Internet at http://www.efdsw.navfac.navy.mil/home.htm as an Electronic Bid Solicitation (EBS). The response time required by FAR 5.203 would begin on the date of issuance of the EBS solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. Building 00005 (Michelson Lab) Rooms 200D, 200E, 200F, 201B and 201Z provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to perform the removal of existing carpeting, the demolition of de-mountable partitions, relocation of existing virginia metal panels, electrical demolition, provide metal stud and GYP BD partitions, electrical power, lighting, relocation of HVAC ductwork & lighting, and provide labor and materials for the installation of new carpeting. Performance time is 105 calendar days. The tentative issue date is on or about 16 July 1999 with the quotes due 15 days later. The SIC code is 1542.
