Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform miscellaneous exterior repairs/improvements to Ireland Army Community Hospital, Building 851, Fort Knox, Kentucky. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to the following: remove loose concrete, prepare surface and install concrete patch material; paint patched areas to match existing surrounding finish surfaces; remove existing perimeter window sealant, install backer rod and new sealant; install new exterior metal window sills; paint exterior walls and surfaces (dampproofing) of existing building. The estimated amount of this requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and specifications will be made available on or about 2 August 1999. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
