This procurement is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for corrosion control painting at miscellaneous buildings, structures, and facilities at as many as nine separate locations on Arnold Engineering Development Center, Arnold AFB, Tennessee. Major elements of work include water blasting up to 35,000 psi, power tool clearning to bare metal, priming, asbestos abatement, and lead-based paint removal. Some work is on occupied facilities. Total performance period for all nine structures, if awarded, shall be 220 calendar days following issuance of Notice to Proceed. Any responsible firm may submit a bid which will be considered. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
