The work involves asbestos removal, interior finish upgrades, replacement of doors and windows, EIFS and metal roof installation, mechanical/electrical upgrades and new fire protection system. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1541. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The contract performance period is 270 calendar days.
