Provide all materials, transportation, engineering, design, labor, and supervision to replace an 8 ton air conditioning system at the Timer Room of the Transmitter Building at USCG Loran Station Tok, Alaska. Remove and dispose of existing air conditioning equipment and piping. New air conditioning system shall be an 8 ton computer room type unit, glycol cooled with remote drycooler. Indoor unit shall have glycol precooling/freecooling coil system and dual refrigeration systems. Provided options shall include electric reheat, humidifier, firestat, smoke detector, refrigerant leak detection system, and water on floor detection system. Provide new insulated glycol piping, dual pump package, and glycol make-up system. Provide new electric heating cable system for outdoor portion of glycol piping. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work required by this solicitation is identified as Industry Standard 1711 and the applicable size standard is $7.0 million dollars inannual receipts for the past three years.
