Furnish all supervision, plant, labor, materials, tools, and equipment to completely renovate Bldg. 1503 (existing billeting), Maxwell AFB, AL, including exterior and interior upgrades, electrical and mechanical system replacement and upgrades for handicap accessibility. Renovation of rooms includes combining single rooms into room suites, installation of kitchenettes, bathroom renovation, and new fixtures and finishes. Exterior renovation includes installation of sloped shingle roof, rehabilitation of existing windows, addition of covered entrance canopy and other minor improvements. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) _ Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT) with a 340 calendar day performance period. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This is an unrestricted solicitation under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. RFP to be issued on or about 9 Aug 1999 with a closing date 30 calendar days after RFP issuance. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) will be 1522. The size standard of this project is set for a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sales or receipts for three fiscal years not in excess of $17 million. All request from interested parties should reference RFP No. F01600-99-R-0036 and contain the following information: a) name, address, telephone, fax; and DUNS number, point of contact and e-mail address; b) business size (whether you are a large or small business concern based on the size standard mentioned above); and c) if a small business concern, please specify type i.e. Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) 8(a) or small business, small disadvantage business, 8(a) or woman-owned small business.
