Construction Documents are available to all bidders and may be received at Building 426, at the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Contractors may obtain copies of these documents by contacting Ms. Roseanna Pierce at the PARC Engineering Office, Room 200, (518) 561-0232, ext. 14. The site visit will be held on July 28, 1999 beginning at 11:00 A.M., starting at the PARC offices. If the bids are mailed, the envelope must state "Modifications to Building 2779 and Building (Structure) 2777" on it.
