The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command intends to award a sole-source, Fixed Price Staff-Hour, Time & Material contract under N00039-99-C-2227 to Stargate Solutions, Inc., 236-1200 N. Nash Street, Arlington, VA 22209. This requirement is for the Fixed Surveillance Systems Program, which conducts research, development, test and evaluation for Command and Control, Communications, Data Fusion, and ISR systems that support various undersea and surface warfare surveillance programs. In support of the Navy's recent emphasis on Undersea and Surface Warfare Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), SPAWAR PMW 181 is working with other Navy and joint agencies, including Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Defense Industrial Security Agency (DISA) to develop maintence methods, produce advanced technology concepts and conduct engineering, manufacturing & development (EM & D) that will better enable forces at sea to accomplish Joint Vision 2010 multi-platform Undersea Warfare operations and missions. This will be Fixed Price Staff-Hour, Time & Material type effort with a reduced base year plus four (4) option years for approximately 19,040 total staff-hours.
