The solicitation will be issued on 20 Jul 99 and offers will be due on or about 06 Aug 99. This solicitation will be acquired under Small Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The magnitude of this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 with a performance period of 45 calendar days. The work will consist of upgrading the alarm system at building 20220. The contractor shall provide administration and operator training to all personnel using the new upgraded system. The contractor shall provide the base with a Y2K Certificate of Compliance which states that the system will still function properly in the Year 2000.
