Due to facility scheduling conflicts, the briefing planned for 12 August 1999 has been rescheduled for 19 August 1999 at the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Details describing the location and time of the meeting will be forwarded with the registration package. The cut-off date for persons wishing to attend the briefing has been extended to 28 July 1999.
