The specification contain provisions for indefinite quantity contract line items for the rental and maintenance of additional portable toilets, to include handicap and portable trailer unit, when and if required by the customer. The initial period of performance will be 12 months. The specification contains four one (1) year 12 month option periods to be exercised by the Government if found to be in the Government's best interest. FAR Clause 52.217-8, "Option to Extend -- Services" will be included in this solicitation. This requirement will be Firm Fixed-Price with Indefinite Quantity Provisions.
