This modifies the 12 July 1999 notice of potential sole source award to Monaco Enterprises Inc to upgrade a fire alarm system at Bldg 277, Nellis AFB Nevada. Work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new Fire Alarm RF Transceiver system which must successfully interface with the existing, proprietary Monaco D-700 receiving system, computer, software, and programming. Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to remove existing Monaco CAM-6 receivers and associated components of the fire alarm system in Bldg 277; provide, install, and interconnect four (4) 58-zone, Monaco M-2 transceivers, antennas, and associated hardware (or approved equal) to provide a fully operational fire alarm system of radio-controlled transceivers in Bldg 6; program into the existing Monaco system in Bldg 277; and provide operational and maintenance training to government personnel. The successful contractor must be trained and certified by Monaco to work on and install their fire alarm systems. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 with a performance period of 30 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1731 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $7 million.
