63 -- CCTV SECURITY SYSTEM UPGRADE SOL RFQ-FMS-2722 DUE 081099 POC Mary Lanier (202)874-6888 The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), intends to award a sole-source simplified acquisition order to Jullien Enterprises, LTD, 13895 Willard Road, Chantilly, VA 20151-2972, based on 41 USC 253(1) of one-responsible source. This requirement will provide for the installation of nine (9) high resolution color cameras with vari-focal lenses, including ceiling dome mounts with panels, a 14 inch TV monitor with rack shelf, a 16 channel color multiplexer with rack, and other installation hardware at the Philadelphia Financial Center (PFC). A one (1) year warranty from the date of acceptance is required. This work involves an upgrade to the CCTV security system installed in January 1999 by Jullien in a previously awarded order for the complete installation/integration of the security system at the PFC. A one year warranty is in place on the original installation/integration, and to maintain this one year warranty, any upgrades/changes have to be performed by Jullien. No solicitation is available for this requirement. The estimated period of performance is September 1999 to December 2000, including the warranty period. Responsible sources are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting supportive documentation.
