New HVAC system shall include, but not be limited to, air handler, boiler, air cooled chiller, pump, piping, ductwork and diffusers/grills as required. Work shall also include replacement of ceiling and lighting, repair/replacement of deteriorated window sills, new carpet, paint and asbestos abatement in the mechanical room and tunnel. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Project range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
