Brief description of work to be performed follows: Renovate the West wing of Building 127; the claims and legal assistance waiting room areas for Building 125. Construct new entrance to the new waiting area. Install data and communication outlets as required. Finishes will include vinyl composition tile, carpet, acoustical tile ceilings, and painting. Light fixtures will be replaced as determined. Renovated areas will be tied into the fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Areas will be handicapped accessible. Abatement of asbestos containing materials will be conducted as deemed necessary. Pursuant to FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this requirement is being solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. Subsequent award will be pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SIC 1542/ size standard $17 million. Therefore, for determination of business size, the average annual receipts of a concern and it'saffiliates shall not exceed $17 million for the preceding three years. Period of performance is 180 calendar days. The estimated cost of the project is estimated between $500,000 and $1Million. This acquisition is Subject to Availability of Funds. Fort Campbell is using the internet for advertising and issuing solicitations.
