The magnitude of this project is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is subject to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, will be solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. Subsequent award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SIC 1542/$17 million. For the purpose of determining small business status for this requirement, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17.0 million in order to be considered a small business.
