The Second Naval Construction Brigade, Equipment Office, located at Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport Missippi intends to award a fixed price IDIQ contract for a base year and two one year options to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools supervision and facilities necessary to perform repair and up to factory level overhaul on construction equipment, material handling & weight handling equipment, automotive equipment and specialized military & commercial support equipment. Repairs include but are not limited to engine dynamometer, transmission power trains, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, track assemblies, steering, suspension, in accordacne with the manufactures specifications to return equipment to full operational condition ready for use upon return to the governemnt. The SIC for this procurement is 3531, size standard is 750 employees. This procurement is being considered for a 100% small business set aside dependent of the number of qualified small businesses expressing interest. Interested small business concerns shall respond within 10 days after this notice and provide evidence of their capability to perform maintenance repair overhaul of various construction equipment, material handling & weight handling equipment, automotive equipment and specialized military & commerical support equipment. If there are less than two qualified small businesses responding the procurement will be solicited as unrestricted without further notice.
