The proposed contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supplies needed for the demolition, debris removal and construction of a new fire egress stairway at the northeast end of D Cellhouse. The contractor must comply with all institution, local state and federal policies and regulations. The cost range is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
