Install Dehumidifier for Basement Pipe Gallery and Upgrade Electrical Systems at Water Treatment Plant, Building 1746. Update Electrical system, includes service mains and transformers replacement, etc. Replace Main Distribution Panels, feeders, sub-panels, branch circuit boards, etc., as required. Reroute HVAC system, construct a new separated wall and install outdoor type dehumidifier, etc. to eliminate all moisture/water developed on Water Treatment pipes running through the basement. Humidity control inside the basement urgently needed to protect all the equipment, pipes, panels or controls, whatever, already installed, or will be installed in future for the Water Treatement purpose. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Project range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1731, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
