DESC: We are soliciting in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Fitness Center's Turkey Shoot Raquetball Tournament to be held 20 November, 1999. This event will feature competition within individual, novice, C, B, A, open, men's and women's divisions. Age group competiton will also be conducted for competitors ranging from ages 19 to 50 and older. Following the sporting event, a social will be held at the base Community Activities Center, during which awards will be presented. We are seeking sponsorship/donations for 50 turkeys to be presented to the division champions and 24 cornish game hens to be awarded as consolation prizes. Also we are seeking various food and beverages to include pizza, sandwhiches, meatballs, relish trays, and various party trays to be served during the social. We would accept all or part donation/sponsorship depending on the sponsor and what they are able to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation of the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be requested no later than 1 November, 1999.
