Mrazek, MSW, Ph.D. The contractor has many years of experience in the field of prevention which spans worlds of clinical practice, research, teaching and international consultation. The contractor shall train Ph.D. level investigators, create a monograph that will contribute to the integration of preventive services into the traditional mental health community, develop a bibliography regarding the existing literature, recruit a small multi-disciplinary working group and create a final monograph and final report. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
