E-MAIL: Sharon Anulies, sanulies@pit.afres.af.mil. Synopsis: Maintain, Repair, Alter Base Supply Building 312, Project JLSS 94-0044, and Widen Alpha Street, JLSS 94-0044. Work includes, but not limited to painting entire interior, asbestos abatement of floor tile, transite sheathing, and BURS. Replace interior finishes, construct new office space, remove/replace interior electrical distribution system, lighting, wiring, HVAC system, fire alarm system. Install new brick veneer on existing concrete foundation from grade to siding, remove/replace and/or install new entrance vestibule, remove/replace concrete stairs. Remove existing bituminous pavement and subbase and regrade, provide new wider roadway and parking area, new concrete curbs, underdrain and storm sewers, striping and sealing. All work to be performed under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation package will be available o/a 15 Jul 99. A non-refundable charge of $35.00 is required to obtain the solicitation. The period of contract performance is 180 calendar days after receipt of NTP. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening/RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered as the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. The estimated cost ranges between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
