The United States Pentitentiary, Leavenworth, Ks., is soliciting a contract for the professional nonpersonal services of Optometrist (individual,firm or institution). The contract will consist of 2 sessions per month. Each session will be 4 hours in length. There is likely to be a requirement for three (3) sessions some months. The awarded contractor will be required to provide on site optometric services to federally incarcerated inmates. Only one(1) contract, which will include a base period and two option years, will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
