This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Services Non-Personal, vendor to supply all tools, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to update the Security Forces Motorola Centralink 911 System. Contractor is required to provide software, firmware, and hardware that is Y2K compliant if applicable. The Solicitation contains 3 line items: 0001 ANI Firmware Model #TDN1156, 0002 Services (installation, Optimization, Test, and Program Management), 0003 Equipment (minimum mission critical spares part #L1930). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 97-06 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. It is the contractor responsibility to be familiar with all-applicable clauses and provisions. (iv) This acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside.
