Amityville, NY for the development, fabrication, testing and delivery of one SWIMS Dual (magnetic and acoustic) system. Edo Corporation is the only known entity with the requisite knowledge of the SWIMS system to perform the required effort. No other sources have the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
