The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHDNSWC), Port Hueneme, CA intends to issue a solicitation for a cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. This procurement is for a variety of Management Planning, Analysis, and Administrative Support Services to support PHD NSWC. Efforts will include qualitative inspection of data, studies, and development of conceptual planning documents. This will be a five year contract with a base year and four, one-year option periods. Estimated total labor hours are 97,275 for the base year, 99,221 for option one, 101,205 for option two, 103,229 for option three, and 105,294 for option four. A SECRET facility clearance, and SECRET level of safeguarding are required for award. Certain Key Personnel will be required to have a TOP SECRET clearance. The anticipated release date for this solicitation is 17 August 1999.
