Work includes, but is not limited to: clean, prepare roof, siding, doors, and mask off windows in preparation to apply polyurethane foam insulation (2" thickness) and white acrylic elastomeric coating system. Some roofs will require removal of gravel and delivery to government storage yard (approx mile from job). Total magnitude of the acquisition is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% bid bond is required with the bid. The SIC for this procurement is 1761 and the size standard is $7M.
