EXTERIOR DAMAGE AT POINT ARENA LIGHT STATION, POINT ARENA, CA. Only
written requests for solicitations will be accepted. Furnish all labor
material and equipment necessary to repair exterior damage at the
Point Arena Light Station, Point Arena, CA. Work includes: Preparation
of concrete surfaces on the lighthouse and cistern building for
application of patching materials; Application of patching materials to
damaged concrete surfaces on the underside of the lighthouse gallery
deck and the cistern building; Repainting of the underside of the
lighthouse gallery deck; Cleaning and repainting of all exterior walls
of the cistern building; and Replacement of the main light stand.

Only written requests for solicitations will be accepted. There will be
a non-refundable fee for plans and specifications. PLANHOLDERS LISTS
WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM EAST BAY BLUE PRINT AND SUPPLY BY FAXING YOUR
REQUEST TO (510) 261-6077. PLANS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE COAST GUARD
OFFICE. Estimated Range is $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period
is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The procurement
is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program
and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable
SIC code is 1541. Small business size standard is $17.0 million. THIS
IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION BEING SOLICITED AND ALL RESPONSIBLE

(DOT Office of Small and Disadvantage Business Utilization) has
