This product must be a single product containing 13% by weight of the active phosphate as p04 and 13% by weight of a polyacrylate/copolymer blend especially designed to control iron and phosphate sludge. In addition, this compound must be a clear colorless liquid, free of undissolved matter and exhibit an undiluted pH at approximately 9.0. (2) Boiler Corrosion Inhibition, this product shall consist of a liquid, cobalt catalyzed, sodium bisulfite based water treatment compound designed to scavenge oxygen in the boiler feedwater systems. Considered products must contain 30.0% sodium bisulfite designed to control dissolved oxygen corrosion. This product must be free of dissolved solids and exhibit a pH between 3.0 and 4.5. (3) Corrosion Control and Condensate Corrosion Inhibitor, this product should have an Amime blend consisiting of Cyclo-Hexylamine and Morpholine. The two Amimes shall total 35% by weight. It is designed to neutralized carbonic acids which tend to form in condensate and steam lines and in boiler systems, causing corrosion. FOB: Destination.
