Descriptions shall be of the metes and bounds type. The survey and legal descriptions shall meet all requirements of Title 38, Articles 50 and 51, C.R.S. 50 and 51, C.R.S.. Surveyor must be a professional, licensed land surveyor registered in the State of Colorado. Multiple awards may be made based upon geographic areas within the State of Colorado. Area 1 includes the counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Larimer, Logan, Morgan, Park, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld and Yuma. Area 2 includes the counties of Alamosa, Bent, Conejos, Costilla, Crowley, Las Animas, Otero, Pueblo, Rio Grande and Saguache. More than one contract may be awarded in an area. When submitting a response to this notice, indicate which counties you are interested in.
