It involves the construction of a trailhead parking area with a 12 vehicle capacity and stock handling facilities. Work will involve clearing, excavating material to raise and lower subgrade, placing aggregate on shaped roadway, installing a corrugated metal pipe and excavating for a toilet facility, 3 hitchrails and a loading ramp. All disturbed areas will be seeded. Estimated value is between $25,000 -- $100,000. This is an unrestricted solicitation, opened to large and small businesses.
