The equipment is Kodiak, Konica Xomat Film Processors, Kodak Fixer Developers, and Laser Printers. included are the chemical solutions, fixer developers and the Electrolytic Silver recovery. The equipment is to be maintained by providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, tracel, shipping expenses and non-expandable parts to provide unlimited emergency repairs service and preventitive maintenance inspections, manuels and schematic drawings to perform scheduled maintenance and repair service (includes Cadi Tanks) to keep the equipment in first-class operating condition. This preventive maintenance contract shall be for the period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 with two (2) options years ending September 30, 2002. maintenance shall be performed during normal business hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Contractor to submit credentials, training certificates and certifications with bid package. The service representative must be certified technical representative capable of keeping the equipment up and operational according to manufacturers standards.
