This solicitation is formatted as a Sealed Bid in accordance with FAR 14. The Standard Industrial Classification for this solicitation is 7359 -- Equipment Rental & Leasing. The size amount if $$3,500,000. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to supply various vehicles to include police vehicles for lease to be delivered to the Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL. This is an Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contractor must be prepared to make delivery within 60 days of issuance of a delivery order for the leased vehicles. The contract shall be for a base period of 10 months, with (2) twelve month options. The Government may elect to extend the options from (1) -- (12) months. The contract shall not exceed 36 months. The Government guarantees that it will order a minimum of 17 vehicles during the base period.
