The contractor is to provide single ply membrane application to the entire roof. Removal and replacement with new of all existing membrane, insulation and substrate material to the steel decking is also included. All aluminum edge flashing material and rain gutters must be removed and replaced with new at the roof perimeter along with wood blocking supporting edge flashing material.
