This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Request for Quotes (RFQ) No. 99SQ10380. The RFQ will be issued on or about August 26, 1999. Estimated price range of the work is $25,000 to $100,000. The requirement consists of roof repairs at Roza Powerplant, Chandler Powerplant, and Yakima Field Office Electronics Building, Yakima Project, Washington. The Chandler Powerplant is located in Benton County, near the town of Prosser, Washington. All other work is located in Yakima County, approximately two miles northeast of Yakima, Washington. The contractor shall furnish and repair roofing at the three sites which will consist of (a) repairing damaged or bubbled roofing by removing all roofing materials down to the roofing underlayment and then reapply a minimum of 1(one) inch of foam; (b) applying a new foam base and granulated topcoat over the existing roofing at the Roza Powerplant; and (c) applying a new granulated topcoat over the existing roofing at the Chandler Powerplant and the Yakima Field Office Electronics Building.
