Scales, Procurement, ET 5B, E-mail: gcscales@tva.gov The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) intends to obtain the services of qualified firms to provide Geographic Information and Mapping Services. The objective of this contract(s) is to obtain Spatial Data Collection, Scanning, Georeferencing, Vectorization, Geographic Information System (GIS) Data Base Development, GIS Applications Development, GIS modeling and spatial analysis, Cartography, Thematic/Environmental Mapping, and Environmental Studies, production services and resulting deliverables. These services are required to support projects primarily within the United States. The Contractor(s) shall provide all personnel, materials, facilities and equipment required to perform the services. TVA anticipates that most Support Services will be conducted at the contractor's facilities using contractor furnished equipment. There may be times when staff support is required in TVA facilities in Chattanooga or Norris TN. TVA anticipates making multiple awards with no guaranteed minimum amount of work. The term of the contract(s) shall be for three (3) years. The total cost of this work inclusive of all contractors is estimated to be one to three million dollars each year. Work shall be accomplished by the issuance of task authorization orders against the contract(s). Specific requirements will be identified at the Task Order level.
