The two items requested are leuko poor filter ply pall cat# PXL8Y and leuko poor filter RBC pall cat# RCQT. The two items are used for filtering blood platelets for transfusion patients treated at NNMC. The period of performance shall be 01 Oct 99 through 30 Sept 00. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussion and/or negotiations. Award will be made in the form of a government purchase order, subject to availability of FY00 funding.
