Furnish, deliver and install a Lifeline Triplex Medical Vacuum System, Model LMV-5TPX-D -- OR EQUAL -- for the VA Chicago IL Health Care System, Lakeside Division, in order to replace the medical center's existing liquid system. Work to be completed within 45 calendar days after contract award. Included among the salient characteristics of the required equipment are that it must be an oil-less and waterless system and that it include three separate medical vacuum pumps with three separate tanks and control panels.
