MAINTENANCE (RDOM) PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE #2 (PSC #2) 16-17 NOV
1999 CONFERENCE INFORMATION AFRL will host a Pre-Solicitation
Conference on Maui, HI on 16-17 Nov 1999. The tentative agenda is as
follows: Tuesday, 16 Nov 1999 0730-0800 Check-in 0800-1000 AFRL
briefings 1100-1700 Private sessions with potential sources 1300-1700
Private site tours with potential sources Wednesday, 17 Nov 1999
0800-1700 Private sessions with potential sources 0800-1700 Private

by 4:00pm Hawaii Standard Time on Friday, 12 Nov 1999 to schedule
Pre-Solicitation Conference attendance, private sessions, and site
tours. Please include the following in your communication with SSgt
Baker: name, title, address, social security number, date and place of
birth, and naturalization or alien registration number, ifapplicable,
of each representative. The attendance limitations are as follows:
five (5) individuals per company/firm during the general session, up to
ten (10) individuals total during each private session, and up to ten
(10) individuals total during each MSSS tour. Check-in and the AFRL
briefings on 16 Nov will occur at Tech One Center (home of the Maui
High Performance Computing Center [MHPCC]), Kihei, Maui, HI. The
directions to Tech One Center (the MHPCC building) are as follows:
enter Kihei from the north on Highway 31 (Piilani Highway); turn left
on Lipoa Parkway; turn right into the MHPCC area (550 Lipoa Parkway).
The AFRL briefings will be held at the unclassified level. Regarding
the private sessions, one hour is being allocated for each. Classified
discussions will be allowed. The rules on this will be very stringent,
however. The classified information should only be a portion of a
private session (either at the beginning or at the end). The classified
information will be exchanged verbally only (no documents or anything
written). Only information at specific classification levels will be
discussed. Pre-coordination is required through SSgt Steve Baker. This
pre-coordination must be complete by 4:00pm Hawaii Standard Time on
Friday, 12 Nov 1999. The private sessions will be held at Tech One
Center. Regarding the private site tours, two hours are being allocated
for each. Directions to the site will be provided during the AFRL
briefings. No programmatic questions and/or questions specifically
related to the source selection are allowed during the site tours. The
site tours will be held at the unclassified level. Submit all
questions/comments electronically to both Ms Steinbock at
steinbob@plk.af.mil and Capt Puhek at puhek@eagle.mhpcc.af.mil.
Responses will be posted electronically at http: www.eps.gov. Per the
draft Section L, the Reference library is available for scheduling
