Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure on a sole source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-99-G-1500 with Chadwick-Helmuth Company the following: 32 Track and Balance Analyzers 8500C and associated components, part number P0372; 150 Blade Weight Sets and associated components, part number 13995; and 2 Vibration Signature Kits and associated components, part number P0380. This is in support of the CH-46 type model series aircraft. Chadwick-Helmuth is the original designer and manufacturer of these systems and is the only firm that possesses the unique technical data necessary to perform this effort.
