This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is for the following: Refurbished I/O Card, Hewlett Packard P/N E1212C, Brand Name or Equal, in accordance with Salient Characteristics, which are 1. Must be compatable with the HP 82000 IC test system. 2. 10 KHZ to 200 MHZ test vector rate capability. 3. Minimum of 1,048,576 lines of test vector depth. 4. 4V to +6.5 V low level voltage range w/ 5MV resolution. 5. 3.5V to +8.0 high level voltage range w/ 5MV resolution. 6. 500 Picosecond waveform edge placement accuracy. 7. 4V to +7.5V comparator threshold range w/ 5MV resolution. 8. Data formats include DNRZ, RZ, R1, RC, and DNRZ+HIGH-Z. Qty: 6 each. If offering other than the Brand Name product, offeror must specify manufacturer, make, model no., part no., and any modifications required to meet the salient characteristics.
