Technical acceptability of quotes will be determined by information submitted by the offeror providing a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement. The basis of award will be low price technically acceptable among those responsible offers responding to the notice. Must be compatible with IBM 9391 storage racks currently in use. OEM must certify the proposed equipment for maintenance. Certification by the OEM must state that equipment is acceptable for maintenance and certified such it will run with IBM operating systems. The offeror will indicate the extent to which the equipment has been rebuilt or reconditioned. Warranties if any, to be given and sources of warranties.
