The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Health Care Service Contract for the delivery of on-site equipment and technical personnel to support cataract surgery at the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hosptial, Soldier Creek Road, Rosebud, South Dakota 57570, Attn: Optometry Clinic. The proposed contractor will provide all necessary equipment and technical personnel to permit cataract surgery to be performed at the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hosptial. The equipment will be the most modern and current surgical techniques using current and modern equipment. The contractor will be responsible for the transportation, maintenance, up-keep and up-grading of all equipment and for all consequences arising from negiligence. The proposed contractor is not responsible for providing a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. The period of performance of this contract will be from October 1, 1999 thorugh September 30, 2000.
